Sending emails, but no reply.. Quite frustrating when I need an order urgently!
So far these guys have been great. I've had no troubles ordering from the store, though I haven't tried or needed to get in contact. The bottle price is the best value I've found online for the dorica bottles.
Had delivery problems and when I finally got my order it was wrong but nobody answers the phone or bothers to reply to messages. Very poor service!!
Desperately trying to get hold of staff but no responce to emails. The telephone number no one answers and I have an incomplete order please can some one call me or respond to my emails
Bottles ordered and paid for by Paypal on 29 August, still not delivered in September. The company doesn't answer the phone. Eventually contacted by email after my review comments, saying the consignment was lost by their transport firm. Replacement delivered.
