Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, I've never had a problem getting an appointment and always found staff friendly and professional. Maybe some people have unrealistic expectations?
4 words to describe Hadleigh Health Centre:Arrogant, Draconian, Condescending, and PatronisingThe doctors are more interested in referring you to one of the on-site 3rd party clinics than actually helping you. Your opinion doesn't matter because they have determined what to do before you even walk in the door.We have had enough and have left for another surgery.
Doctors are terrible can never get an appointment and when you do they don't help you, go somewhere else.
I cannot rate the staff here highly enough. My doctor is amazing and the reception staff are always helpful and supportive.
Awful doctors. Whenever you call for an appointment they have none. Call back the next day... same story. The Dr's at this surgery had me on medication for a VERY long period of time. Absolutely no care when going through withdrawal from said medication, absolutely no hope of getting an appointment now I need to move onto my other medication. Some great doctors at the surgery but you'll never get to see them. Very unhelpful reception staff. Avoid and register elsewhere.
